Porto - Circuito da Boavista

Description
Circuito da Boavista is a street circuit in Porto, Portugal, which was used twice for the Formula One Portuguese Grand Prix. Lately events were held every two years after 2007. Besides the Boavista Historic Grand Prix, there are also races for recent car models. In 2007, 2009, 2011 and 2013 the track staged the FIA WTCC Race of Portugal, an event which included in its programme European motorsport categories such as International Formula Master and Portuguese national competitions. In 2015 the Porto City Council decided to suspend the circuit.

The Sayety Car won´t appear. With an FCY the AI is driving walking speed with no SC in sight. And Meter markers would be cool. I don´t really have an idea where to brake espacially in sector 2. Otherwise cool track:steamthumbsup:

Hugo Dias I've already changed the AIW, corrected some materials and I'm doing the road details (RDT) file and have to redo the rrbin files. I'll upload it when it's done. Indeed there was some problems in the track CUT in some corners and generally the edges were a bit short not getting close to the wall.

Olá, obrigado pelo excelente trabalho. Acha que vai conseguir melhorar os cuts? Obrigado!!

tbh the cut track is not working always very accurate in most of the cases (in city tracks) it goes till the barriers even if there is curbs (in my oppinion) the curbs are to use. The rFactor2 had an update sometime ago that changed a little bit the rules (believe me I get caughed a lot of times for it since they don't full follow the FIA rules). I'll take a look in the track cut .

Thx for your answer LuisB. Sorry my answer comes this late, hat much to do the last couple of weeks. I try to explain it more detailed: in the slow chicane, I noticed on my last visit, that there is a small part of a little white curb I didn't see from the driver's position in my car - at first there is a little concrete wall, after that the little white curb - if you cross it, you get the cut. I understand it but it's really hard to see from the car, esp. driving the btcc cars with the steering wheel on the right side xD But the second cut detection is crueller, cause I don't see a limitation, it's just an invisable line in the last chicane (after the pit entry). If you too far left on the track you get the cut - I could understand it if I touch the white/red barriers, but I did not. Hopefully this helped you.

Well I believe you are talking of the cut track limit on those (2) points. I don't think I have reduced the limits of it, can you help me on that and explain me what happens. In your words "you have to leave much space to the left barrier" you mean the cut track limit is not reaching the barrier? Would be better if you show me in picture what you mean.
Thanks for the comment.

Really nice track, i like this city circuit. Unfortunately the track cut detection is a little bit too hard.. Can you fix the cut detection in the chicane on the straight (left side.. you have to leave much space to the left barrier) and in the last chicane before start/finish (I nearly always get cuts altough driving in the middle of the road..). Thx!
