Damage Overlay

Description
Adds an overlay toggle button to show damaged buildings at a glance.

Colors and what kind of buildings to apply overlay to can be changed in Mod Settings.

I like this one better than the one in the Vanilla UI Expanded, because non-damaged things are not overlaid, highlighting things that are actually damaged. Also has better color gradient. Good mod!
