斯卡布兰德飞行

Description
为斯卡布兰德添加了飞行能力，飞行动作来自于比拉克，所以飞着的时候只有一个斧子，落地后的各种动作没有变化。
没有对单位的战斗数据进行改动，但飞行能力属于单位数据的范畴，所以可能会与其他的一些对斯卡布兰德进行了数据修改的MOD有冲突，请朋友们多注意。

很遗憾纳卡里，如果你也想飞，或许可以请求祖父为你改造一下翅膀！

this mod is great but sometimes i have the problem that skarbrand is landing without any order and if that happens i can't move him in the battle no more
