The Red Tzar Returns

Description
This mod is rather simple, yet I feel adds alot to Boris Ursus' campaign, mainly done around the faction effects to balance them with the experience of playing the other Kislev factions, such as being able to confederate the Ice Court and Orthodoxy.

The main idea behind this is to make Boris have an extremely easy time confederating the other Kislev Factions, as Boris is the Red Tzar, and Kislev should confederate to him on sight frankly.
Though, you may have to threaten to ground your daughter to get your throne back.
She will accept your threat at around -7 or more on the deal evaluation.
Furthermore, the 600 Supporters Buff has been included as the starting Faction Effects, as Boris doesn't receive the buff at all and chances are if you are playing Boris, you already beat the campaign.

Faction Effects
- 6 Control (All Provinces)
- 6% Speed (All Armies)
- 9 Leadership (All Armies)
- 50 Diplomatic Relations with Kislev
- 75 Diplomatic Relations with the Ice Court (instead of 30)

Skills
The skill Khan King, has been altered to give;
- 175 Diplomatic Relations with Kislev (instead of 30)

Confederating the Ice Court
In addition to the diplomacy modifiers, I made the "Ruler of Kislev" more inclined to accept a confederation option from the player when they are at the status of "Very Friendly."
In the vanilla game, whomever holds Kislev, the Orthodoxy or the Ice Court, just will not accept confederations.
This does not interfere with the Kostaltyn or Katarin Campaign, and nor should it interfere with other Confederation Mods.

Compatibility
This mod should be completely compatible with any mod that doesn't alter the diplomatic faction buff or skill with Boris listed above.
Confederation mods should be compatible, unless they go through and choose the same Personality Component I did, which is unlikely as it is not included in the vanilla game.
Even then, if you load the TRTR mod after that mod in the load order, the TRTR mod will take precedence and vice versa.

Change Starting Settlement Mod
I also recommend this mod in combination with The Red Tzar Returns.
Because if you select Kislev as your Capital, you can instantly confederate Katarin's rogue army all on turn 1, allowing you to have a true Boris Ursus playthrough.

Future Updates
Once the Assembly Kit is released, I plan on making the Fort Dorznye-Vort a Capital with it's own separate province, and/or have the Capital become Kislev upon confederating with the Ice Court.

Is this mod still good for IE?

@Caracalla my findings in IE:

The mod functions but does not allow you to confederate Katrin on turn 1. I had Recruit Defeated Legendary Lords [IM Beta] mod installed (which allows you to accept Legendary Lord refugees from your cultural group if they get defeated in combat) and therefore figured just taking her out and accepting her into my faction as a refugee next turn was worth the -100 devotion hit you get for taking out a Kislev faction. Especially since Boris does not rely on the supporters resource to confederate the Great Orthodoxy. On that note: the Great Orthodoxy basically dislikes all other Kislev factions except for you and therefore if you want to rapidly confederate them as well, I would suggest finding and allying them first before engaging in much other diplomacy.

Great mod overall, does what it says on the tin and gives a good vanilla-like Tzar Boris campaign. For Kislev! For Ursun! :)

I don't know why, but I found this a lot more funny than I should have...

Does this allow you to do Katarin's quest mission?

Hmm, that's odd.
Can't think of why that would be happening.
Try starting the game and see if they are present ingame at the topright corner of the screen.

This mod doesn't seem to take affect for me. His faction effects seem to be the same in the selection menu.

Anytime!
I have no idea on making Boris start in his current position as the AI, though it likely messes with a few scripts from the Kislev Campaign.
I intend to keep the mod simple and sweet eitherway.

Thanks man, makes this a feasible campaign on higher difficulties. Do you know if its possible to have Boris start in his position as an AI faction while you played another?
