effect:
・Level cap changed to level 200
・3 skill points per level
・Increased the required experience for each level
・Passive buff will be provided every 5 levels, the higher the level, the stronger the buff effect
・All lords and heroes can learn
・A total of about 100 passive buffs

The same applies to AI (you can add a mod that increases AI to gain experience to increase the difficulty);
In the future, i will see if it can make a version that cannot be learn by AI.

作用：
・等级上限改为200级
・每级3技能点
・每5级会提供被动buff，等级越高buff效果更强力
・所有领主和英雄都可以学习
・共100种左右被动buff

对AI同样生效（可以打上增加AI获取经验的mod增加难度）；
后续看是否可以做一版AI不能点的版本。

兼容性：
可能与其他修改技能点、等级的模组不兼容

在原mod基础上修复了等级上限问题，调低了各个属性的数值，去除了过于强力的buff（回血等）
