This is a Complete rework of the veteran system.

Veteran bonuses have been normalized across all units to have the same effect across the board.
4 Attack
4 Defense
4% accuracy
4 Leadership
4 Reload skill (rate of fire)

This mod does make the bonus much more potent and will make units very powerful as they gain levels.

XP costs to gain ranks have also been increased to 4X as much, to prevent a rank 8 doomstack at turn 10.

Lords and heroes have not had the xp requirements changed, as they have many skills not affecting combat.

Veterancy cost in multiplayer and quick battles has also been reworked in an attempt to balance this change.

Lords and Heroes' skills in campaigns have also been boosted to help them keep up.
