I don't know, the Yin Yang range is not just a skill effect but game's basic rule such as fatigue gain per sec in battle, how much fatigue affects to stats, stalk's visible distance in battle map, etc. So I'm not sure there's a way to manipulate it for a specific units.
This mod touches the game's foundational rule, so it should work with those mods too, unless they touches the same data.
