First: Let's take a look at which buildings provide additional garrisons:

Second: The city defense building will have special skills please check the following description carefully


City Defense Building (Lv1) :
When our heroes appear in the province:
Unlock skill: Executioner
(Our people in the region)

When urban income is above 500:
Maintenance fee: -10%


City Defense Buildings (Lv2) :
When our heroes appear in the province:
Unlock skill: Executioner
(Our people in their province)

When urban income is above 500:
Maintenance fee: -20%

When the urban income is above 1000:
Unlock Army skill: Shock Salvo
(Our troops in their province)


City Defense Building (Lv3) :
When our heroes appear in the province:
Unlock skill: Executioner

When urban income is above 500:
Maintenance fee: -30%

When the urban income is above 1000:
Unlock Army skills: Advanced Shock Salvo
(Our troops in their province)

When urban income is above 1500:
Skill available: Advanced Shock Salvo +1
(All our troops within the faction)
