This mod sets all factions background income to 5000.
This mod only modifies campaign_variables.

FAQ

Q: Is this mod player only?
A: No, it affects the player and the AI.

Q: Does this mod need to be updated?
A: No, all major factions use one variable (faction_gdp_other) and all minor factions use another (faction_gdp_other_minor). So, unless CA dramatically changes this, this mod works between all updates.

For anyone interested you can make this work for Tomb Kings and Beastmen by using RPFM to edit a table in Data under DB called Campaign_features_tables, two lines called remove_background_income_bonus (feature column).
On the far right side they will have a check box that needs to be ticked off.
You can add this to an existing mod or make a new mod just for it.
