Old Cursor / Mouse Pointer

Description
Adds the old mouse cursor (from before the 2.0 patch) back into the game.

I liked how the old cursor followed the recurring theme of it being a hand in other Paradox games like CK2/3, EU4, HOI4, and Vic2, so I just added it in the game.

Should be compatible with every other mod that doesn't replace the mouse cursor.
