Description
Nigel from Rio and Rio 2 makes his way into the Villainous ranks. For quite sometime, I've been wondering how Nigel would work in a Villainous game, and I've decided to go the simpler route: Make him a reskin of Scar. Feel free to comment your thoughts and provide feedback down below.

Well I had no choice since his allies were pretty limited. Though there's no harm in taking a few liberties here and there

Hey this isnt a complete reskin. There is mechanical difference since you removed the hyena gimmick and just made it allies.
