Phantagonist's Agenda Warning Removal

Description
This mod removes agenda-based warnings and kudos.

AI will still stick to their specific strategies (e.g. Montezuma will still be the warmonger, Gandhi will still be the peacekeeper until nukes come around), but they won't pop up and annoy players for absurd reasons like not at war with anyone else.

Sycophant and Sympathizer are removed (these agendas are not related to any strategy, thus redundant).

Do you still get the diplomatic penalties and bonuses from agendas with this enabled?

Works like a dream. I recommend combining this with "Zee's Fewer Trade Offers" for a far, far less annoying game.

Agendas affect AI by two ways, AiFavoredItems and agenda-bound modifiers. This mod removes agenda-bound modifiers (so they won't annoy players) but keep AiFavoredItems to their strategies. Because Sympathizer and Sycophant only have agenda-bound modifiers, they don't have any effect if this mod is active, so I remove them.

Lautaro gets extra combat strength when fighting against a civilization in a golden age so the Sympathizer agenda works well for him so that's at least one situation where it is useful to have. In general, it can be useful for the AI to be a Sympathizer and to have good relations and trade with another civilization which is in a dark age and isn't as likely to be a competitor than one in a golden age which is arguably progressing well. Sycophant is generally good because it's usually not a good idea to target civilizations in golden ages and a good idea to target civilizations in dark ages. So I wouldn't say that these agendas aren't related to any strategy.
