Train Economy Rebalance

Description
This is a collection of many tweaks to the train specifications that makes sure every train has its own niche, and every niche in the game is filled. This will make trainsets slightly less realistic, but care was taken to keep all train parameters reasonably close to actual statistics and train roles.
I also took the liberty of renaming a few trainsets because I was personally having trouble keeping them separate.
No new trains are added, and all textures belong to Weird and Why.

Technical notes: BACK UP YOUR SAVES
In my (very limited) testing you can add this mod to a save file and it will overwrite all the currently placed trains properly, at least after saving and reloading. But overriding trains like this is not completely expected behavior and there may be unforeseen issues.
Since this overwrites the default trains, the game will NOT let you remove it from a save. I believe this could be circumvented with a bit of work, but I didn't try it.

Biggest changes:
Menisem VRMC (now called Kayou E-52 Extended) made much, much more expensive
Kessho made more expensive
Novus Petard (now called Innotech LIM) converted to medium-speed, high acceleration light rail
London and NY metro cars are now 4-car minimum
Mochistar slowed to showcase it as a high-acceleration commuter
Sepia sped up to 275kph (realistic maximum of Renfe 120)

What's next:
If there is interest I will create a 2nd version that greatly increases maintenance cost and slightly increases running cost. Build for efficiency and see if your designs can run a consistant profit when costs go up.
