Greenfield Zoo, WIP Update 8, Asia Quest Phase 3

Greenfield zoo is a north american realistic city zoo. This update contains a small giftshop and panda building, three new habitat animal and a new habitat for the tapirs.

The zoo uses modded animals and custom billboards, but it's not required.
