Tired of picking Sniper and relying on teammates to peel the Storm Spirit/Invoker/Shadow Fiend and so on? Well this alternative build is for you. Your entire purpose is to be bait for the enemy initiators. Now any normal herald and above would say that this is a stupid idea and they would be 100% correct. However there exists certain norms in this game, something that people take as the hard truth and wont question your itemization beofre it's too late. Storm Spirit hits level 6 and you are playing Sniper mid, in all cases he just all ins you and you feed, nothing you can do but cry in the jungle until your team can save or peel for you. What if when Storm jumps the Sniper but couldn't kill him? Well this is what the build is about.

Blademail.

You live and die on the front line and to reflect the damage to the offenders is the moment you live for. (Or die).

Play aggressivly and rally your team behind you, force them to commit to an "easy" Sniper kill and pull an Uno-Reverse Card and live longer than anyone would've thought causing damage and making the enemy team flame their Storm. Smart people would instantly recognize that they can just ignore the Sniper and go for the juicy 150g kill on a support (Which is only juicy because they couldn't kill you and any bit of gold they get is proof that their "HARD COUNTER PICK" is justified.) but in there lies the next problem. Sniper with this build is just slightly worse than an annoying nuisance but not quite an actual threat meaning that there would be situations where you are given free reign to auto attack with Take Aim the entire fight, killing anything that comes close since Headshot and Shrapnel are honestly quite busted or you will get hard focused in which then you pop blademail and watch as the enemy team either commit suicide or flail about wondering why in gods name does Sniper have Blademail.

Go out there and cause some mild distress, be the Chad Sniper you were meant to be, standing proudly infront of danger.

Fun Fact, you win any Legion duel with this build. No. Seriously. They don't have as much health as you do after the Heart.
