Archipelago Revisited Naval Testing

A version of Archipelago Revisited which includes aircraft carriers and (WIP) V+ naval ships for the purposes of testing combined-arms naval warfare. Also testing concepts such as destructible carriers, carrier anti-air defenses, and land-based anti-ship missile launchers.
