Adds the Kingdom of Rota led by Sir Aaron from Pokemon: Lucario and the Mystery of Mew




Unique Ability: Aura Guardian
Land melee units gain the cover promotion for free. Land archer units gain the sentry promotion for free. Cocoa resources yield +4 culture.

Unique Unit 1: Riolu
Replaces the swordsman. Available earlier at Bronze Working. Gains 50% more experience from combat. Does not require iron. Upgrades to the Lucario.

Unique Unit 2: Lucario
Replaces the longswordsman. Available earlier at metal casting. Does not require iron. Uses a ranged attack before engaging in melee, but cannot gain experience. Cannot be built or purchased, must be upgraded from Riolus.
