Vampire The Masquerade: Bloodlines Map Pack

Description
Vampire the Masquerade: Bloodlines is a classic source engine game.
However, due to the version of source it was made in, the maps are unable to be opened in garry's mod if mounted from the retail version of the game.

Using a combination of the Bloodlines: Resurgence mod and the somewhat recent addition of VTM compatibility to crowbar, I've been able to port these maps to garry's mod.
All credit for these maps goes to Troika Games.

Great for Roleplay, Sandbox and Art.

Known Issues:
Some maps will have missing models. If you find one, comment the map name and location and I can add the model or remove the missing model.
Some maps (such as hw_hub_1) have broken lighting.
Fire in some maps is invisible.
Water is not animated.

@PwN. If you unpack the mod and put it in your mod folder it works as it should for whatever reason.

@Trixsdad no I don't really know enough about source/Gmod add-ons to understand what I did wrong. If you unpack the addon and put it in the mod folder, it works fine, so I'm just at a loss to why it doesn't work.

Does manually mounting the game make the models not appear as errors ?

Addon is being changed to unlisted until I can figure out how to fix the broken models.

Models are supposed to be packed in, I just checked and I'm not entirely sure why they're not working. The pack worked fine prior to being uploaded. It appears the MAJORITY of models don't work right now.

Really happy to see such a huge mappack on the workshop. The maps work fine (all textures are packed in), however I was hoping for the models to be packed in as well (without the need of mounting the game). Also, I noticed a lot of entities are still present from the original game:
