AXE H-90

Description

The AXE H-90 is an helicopter mostly based on the NH90 (also known as caïman).
some specifics :
  • 150 Kts max speed (or around 278 Km/h)
  • almost 1000 Km of range
  • almost 8h of fuel time (1h 40m)
  • Remote controllable
  • lifting capacities
  • Winching capacities
  • Folding tail

Once in the seat, press battery breaker, engine, the nav and position lights.
Wait for the engine to speed up and you're ready to go.
Standard Stormworks's helicopter control so :
W/S for pitch, A/D for roll, left and right arrow for yaw and up and down for up and down
Use the throttle lever only for lifting ! it increase the RPS, and so increase the fuel consuption and you won't gain any speed. Plus, the gyro doesn't really like it.

Winching


The winch can be opate from
- the helicopter : the two arrow button on the roof
- the harness : 1 for up and 2 for down
- athe remote controller : just press one and two on the same channel as the keypad next to the remote

which is I won't lie not a perfect helicopter, especially design-wise

looking at how peoples does stuff is a good way to learn, so I won't, and I can't, stop you from building anything out of it, but for learning, it is always better to start from nothing, and using diffrent technics you have seen in WS builds for exemple try to give your helicopter the exact shapes that you want, rather than limiting yourself to an already built helicopter
