Most of them, yes. Graphical mods that are not already 4K will be updated to be so, and multiple reskins will be grouped under single mods, to reduce my workshop clutter. For my UI mods those will either not make it or will need to be adjusted to Warhammer 3 parameters.
Yes, it is deliberate, as it is modeled off of real life antler placement of both modern deer and the ancient megaloceros (Irish elk) which tends to be almost parallel to the ears, and not directly on the forehead.
But I could not do exactly that because there would be model clipping issues with the ears and so I opted for more behind placement.
Think of them as a sub-species!

Anatomically the horns grow from the forehead just like the other Great Stags with vanilla horns and the Wild Rider stags. Just wondering!
