Alpha Animals Patch for Vanilla Outposts Expanded Mines

This patch add the sky steel ore from Alpha Animals to Vanilla Outposts Expanded so that they can be an output for the outposts mines.

@< blank > Thank you, To be honest ive had that problem with mods and when i think ive worked it out, that mod isnt causing it anymore. Seems to be a weird thing with the game loading.

@Daria40k, I removed my comment incase it's my issue, but after running ~100 mods so far updated, disabling yours was the issue, maybe its isolated case
