Dragon Cult overview[civilization-v-customisation.fandom.com]

Unique Ability: The World-Eater Wakes
Can create several unique wonders with certain terrain requirements. Each one boosts all unit combat strength by 8%. Once all wonders are complete, may undertake a final wonder project in the capital to awaken Alduin.

Unique Unit 1: Dragon Priest
Replaces the Great General. Acts as a combat unit. Grows empowered through the eras. Can be used as a Great Prophet. After founding a religion may spread your religion.

Unique Unit 2: Dovah
Available from the beginning of the game but requires the Trembling of the Red Tower wonder to be completed. Similar to the helicopter gunship but does not require aluminum, has no bonus against tanks, may move after attacking, and may capture cities. Cannot be purchased with gold.

Compatible mods:
  • Unique Cultural Influence
  • Civ IV Leader Traits

The model doesn't actually belong to me. I found the resource for it here https://forums.civfanatics.com/resources/flying-dragon-continuously-flying-version.25384/

You should be able to make use for it though

Hey hello, I wanted to ask permission to use the Dovah model and animations from this for an Elden Ring mod I'm working on ^^

I see you updated the version. So I am playing another game as Alduin. I did not have the great starting location as the previous game. Despite the potential for Alduin to be Overpowered, You do need to work to get the right cities to progress.
As an aside I play with the Barbarians Enhanced Mod. So barbarians can capture cities. I have noted that when the AI plays Alduin, the Civ does not do well.

Even the Dragon Priests are too strong. In Skyrim they have staffs that are ranged weapons.
As far as the Dovah are concerned, the game has different colored dragons. The weaker dragons are too stupid to fly away when attacked. Perhaps when a Dovah make an attack it could be grounded for a turn (Like the Dragon rend). Perhaps the strength of the Dovah could relate to the Era in which it is produced.
Just some ideas. Despite being overpowered it is still fun. Thanks

Yes, that has been a concern of mine. But I’m not entirely sure myself on how exactly to deal with it.

My current idea is maybe moving the Dovah back to the Sundering of the Snow Tower along with forcing the wonders to be mutually exclusive to each other (cannot be built in the same cities). It would fit better thematically but I’m not sure if it’s too much.

20 Civs, Huge Map, Legendary/Immortal.

Built my fitst Dova before anyone else even has gunpowder units (My Capital is in the mountains). Its like a knife through butter. Seems unfair. You should consider a Dovakin/Dragonrend Wonder for the other Civ(s) to be able to counter this extreme advantage. Or perhaps you should give the Dova a weakness.
