Cosmo - The Seedrians (Sonic X)

In my opinion, I find that this character is largely underestimated in the Sonic Universe and therefore unfortunately part of the "Forgotten" of the franchise. This mod is my way of paying homage to her.

Add Cosmo and her alien race (called the Seedrians by fans and on Internet) to the game as a playable Civilization!

Note: Requires G&K and BNW extensions.

Military units ignore terrain cost. Each plant-based resource gives an additional bonus of +1 Food and +2 Science. When declaring friendship, Cosmo and her friend gain a +20% boost to Great Person generation.

Replaces the Great War Infantry. A powerful Seedrian gunpowder unit with 3 moves and a +3 increased field of view. Benefit from a 33% defense bonus in Jungles and Forests tiles. Adjacent enemy units lose 15% of their attack. Has a 30% attack bonus but a penalty against cities and their healing is slowed outside allied territory.

Unique Constabulary for the Seedrians. Allows a better reduction in the effectiveness of spies on the theft of technologies compared to the traditional Constabulary. It also allows you to expand quickly since it reduces the cost in Culture for the acquisition of new tiles for the city.

Unique Research Lab remplacement for the Seedrians. Significantly increases the city's Science production by 50% and adds Great Scientist points to the city. In addition, it also increases growth with 2 additional Food. Finally, all units producing in this city after this building is constructed will have the free NATIONALIST promotion.
