• Lifebreak dispels on cast which is particulary useful against heal reductions like Spirit Vessel.
  
• Do Roshan once you have Armlet of Mordiggian completed and ideally Berserker`s Blood and Burning Spears maxed out.
  
• Check opponents for heal reductions and break effects. You can itemize or adjust playstyle accordingly.
  
• Aghanim's Scepter allows you to pick-off heroes and deals with kiting.
