Foreword / Background
July 2024 / RealRtCW v5.0 Update: As detailed in the second paragraph below, Victors was taken down shortly after the initial release back in January 2002 and hasn't returned since. The achievements referred in this guide were also removed from the game in the mean time. As such, this guide has long been obsolete. Yet, since most of the achievements were tied to finding secrets, I decided to keep the guide published as it was last, in case someone comes across a copy of the latest version of the mod and decides to have a go... And no, I do not have it, so please, do not ask.
Victors (or, The Victors) is a large fan-made campaign utilizing the RealRtCW custom engine, in which the players take control of a Soviet intelligence agent under command of Nikolai Kuznetsov on a quest to assassinate the gauleiter of East Prussia, Erich Koch. It features fifteen playable maps, some of which are slightly non-linear, alongside many custom textures and world models, as well as overhauled weapons with accompanying sound effects.
After a somewhat troubled development cycle that took more than 15 years, the mod finally saw the light of the day as of 23rd December, 2021. However, right after getting a couple of patches that cover the most crucial bugs encountered by the players, both ioRtCW and Steam versions of the mod were taken down by the developers due to the unauthorized usage of several weapon models that were originally a part of Forgotten Hope 2 for Battlefield 1942.
Whether it is made available once again or not, the current status of Victors (as well as detailed information on its development) can be followed through its official ModDB page.
The Steam version features 15 achievements, of which nearly all are tied to certain secrets within the levels. Since this guide focuses on the achievements themselves, the 'regular' secrets that do not reward the player with one are left out. Still, for those hunting for all of them, a companion table in the form of an overview is also available here.
For maximum enjoyment, it is strongly recommended to go through the game on one's own, without utilizing the help of this guide at all. As per RtCW fashion, Victors also makes unique autosaves at the start of each level. Since the missable achievements are all contained within single levels, you can easily return to any level after your initial run and go for the ones you missed along the way.
Note that all the new voice acting is Russian - unless you are fluent in the said language, it may be wiser to turn the subtitles on (it defaults to off) through the system menu: otherwise you miss vital hints for progression.
If you have any progression related questions you can refer to WolfETPlayer's playthrough:

Victors: The First Half
This section details the achievements found within the first nine levels, starting with your escape from the cell blocks (kicha: Punishment Cell) and ending with your meeting with Anya the radio operator (rovno_3 / rovno_5: Streets of Rovno).
---
Beware of the Dog! Rob the dogs.
ODB38 Camp - There is a bar of gold in one of the kennels. Get on top of the nearby platform and sprint jump to the top of the fencing covering the kennels. Find the uncovered one and drop down into it to pick up the said treasure.
Locked and Loaded Arm yourself with G43 early.
ODB38 Camp - There is a G43 waiting to be picked up on one of the roofs. Make your way to the back of the building at the very end of the base. Get on top of the piled up crates and utilize the fencing next to the them to reach the rope at the corner. Climb up and look around to find the rifle in question as well as a cartridge for it.
Was It Worth It? Dive for the fortune.
Road to Rovno - There is a piece of treasure to be found underwater. After taking care of your objectives, take the boat to reach the pier on the other side. As soon as you step onto the pier, jump down into the water and look for a damaged section on one of two pillars supporting the said pier. Destroy it to reach the treasure within.
Note that diving into the water results in the loss of all ammunition, so it may be better to quicksave before taking the dive and quickload right as the achievement pops up.
Let There Be Light! Turn on the lights.
Rovno - You are required to take the hidden entrance to the tunnels behind the outhouse near the starting point to reach the city streets. As soon as you drop down the hole, use the switch on the wall to your left to turn on the lightning within the tunnels (shown already turned on in the second shot below). A couple more switches serving the same purpose are found throughout the tunnel system, though this is the earliest you come across one.
IMPORTANT: This map, or rather the tunnels, features three exits: at first, you can either take the hidden door (blocked by crates) to find yourself in an apartment, or you can drop down into the sewers via one of the two manholes and make your way from up there. Before leaving the sewers, you have another choice as to whether to leave through the door or the wine cellar nearby. The progression slightly differs for a while yet both paths have their own achievements.
RECOMMENDATION: Save before taking the path that lies behind the hidden door, follow it to the next map; load back as soon as you unlock the related achievement (Get in Line! I Said - Get in Line!) and go through the sewers for the rest.
Get in Line! I Said - Get in Line! Get ambushed.
Rovno: Ambush - Explore the tunnels in Rovno until you come across two rows of crates piled at a corner. Destroy the top row of crates and go through the newly-revealed door. Follow the path until the game loads the next map (rovno_1). The achievement unlocks soon after you step into the apartment, where dozens of troopers lie in wait at the front door, eager to blow you to pieces.
If you want to keep following this path, return to the tunnels from whence you came. You then need to go through a slightly different version of the map Rovno (rovno_2; packed with more enemies and an extra secret packed with lots of weapons and ammunition to compensate) and drop down into the sewers to progress. You then have the option of exiting the sewers via the door or through the wine cellar (note that you will miss the other path's achievement -Safe and Sound- by doing so).
Or, you can simply load your save from the original version of Rovno (rovno) and directly take the sewers route. The two paths in question merge once you reach the city (Streets of Rovno).
Safe and Sound Travel through Rovno without getting ambushed.
Rovno - There are two manholes found within the tunnel system. Take either of them to get down into the sewers beneath. Fight your way through this section until you come across a ladder that leads to a short tunnel with three troopers in wait.
From there, you can exit the level either by following the tunnel to its very end (rovno_3), or by blowing up the explosive barrel in the middle and dropping down to another tunnel beneath that leads to the wine cellar (rovno_5). rovno_3 and rovno_5 are more or less the same level (Streets of Rovno), yet you start either below the manhole next to the main gate or in front of the wine cellar, depending on that choice you make in the tunnel.
The achievement unlocks no matter which of these two exits you take, yet it is a requirement to not get ambushed at all, so do not leave the tunnels via the hidden door and be forced to retreat. See the previous achievement for details.
No Party Lasts Forever Turn off the music.
Streets of Rovno - One of your objectives in this level is the elimination of comms officer Verke. As hinted by the journal, whereabouts of him can be identified by the music playing in his flat. You can either make him show himself by throwing a grenade at his window and do the bidding right from the streets, or you can make your way to his flat through unconventional means to get up close and personal.
This achievement requires you to do the latter. Go towards the gate at one end of the street his flat is found on and utilize the side wall to reach the ledge of the second floor of the building, as shown in the second shot below. Carefully follow that ledge and get his inside through the window. Once you get rid of him, turn off the record player found on the table.
  • There is another achievement to be unlocked on the same level: had to move it to the following section because of hitting the limit in this one.
Victors: The Second Half
This section details the achievements found within the last eight levels, starting with your escape from Anya's flat (rovno_6: Rovno: Breakthrough) and ending with your bombing of the titular bridge in the last one (rtf: Bridge Over the Gorin River).
---
Rabinovich's Secret Visit the dentist office.
Streets of Rovno - Look for a boarded up door at the corner of one end of the street on which Anya the radio operator lives on. Even though they are not tagged so, those planks on the door are destructible. Destroy them and get in there. Be sure to grab the bars of gold hidden behind the painting while you are at it.

La Femme Find the girl.
Rovno: Breakthrough - After escaping via the roof of the apartment Anya used to live in, you find yourself back on streets, barricaded on both sides. The only way to progress is to get into the nearby hotel and blow up the fireplace found in the room at the end of the hall. Before doing so, look for a semi-hidden button on the wall in the said room, press it and get into the adjacent room behind the bookcase. Break open the chest at the foot of the bed and grab the bars of gold found within while you are in there.
La Femme Fatale There is another one?
Rovno: Breakthrough - Still in the same hidden room accessed as described above, simply kill the girl in underwear, even if your crosshair tells you not to. Leave the room and retrace your steps back to the streets to greet the guards coming in to get you, apparently angry at the news of their favourite gal's passing. Deal with them and return to the room, only to be greeted by a naked elite guard, who is most likely the girl's lover. Kill her.
The cupboard in the hidden room should also be open at this point. Another bundle of dynamite resides in it, if you somehow missed the first one found back in Anya's apartment.
Credit for this one goes to Fallschirmjäger.
Belomorkanal Get armed in apartments.
Rovno: Breakthrough - Soon after blowing up the fireplace and going through the chute, you find yourself in the marketplace where a firefight ensues in which you get help from a resistance member. Apparently, the flat right above the shop from whence you arrive at the area is a resistance hideout.
After clearing out the nazis, check the shop next to the said one and get the chair found within. Place it next to the wooden gate, as shown in the second shot below. Shoot the wooden panes and then the windows themselves from below, then make your way up there with help from the chair. Alongside assorted weapons, a scoped variant of the rare Mosin-Nagant rifle awaits.
Credit for this one goes to DrunkenMaster62.
5 Years Plan in 4 Years - Can Do! Raid the German HQ in less than 5 minutes.
Rovno: German HQ - This is the only achievement that may be considered a challenge. Your objective in this level is to kill all the officers and collect all the secret documents found in the headquarters you arrive in and return to your starting point - doing so under five minutes grants you the achievement.
Go through the level normally to outline the optimal path (not all rooms needs visiting), then retry from the autosave and be quick on your feet. I managed to get to the end under 5:30 in my first, unoptimized effort (Bring 'em on!), so it should not be too hard for the experienced player.
Excellence in GTO Apply your throwing skills for something worthy.
Saint Anton's Church - This level sees the player access the sewers and travel through the adjacent catacombs to reach the titular church from below. Once you reach the catacombs, get the grenades residing on one of the four tombs in the very first room and return to the sewers. Look for a fenced opening to the side of the locked door with a red-coloured bulb hanging above it at the following corner. Destroy the fence and throw a grenade through the opening to access the room in question.
Alternatively, you can get right across the opening by utilizing the valves and pipes found at the same corner and shoot one of the explosive barrels on the other side of the door directly. Doing so costs you a great deal of health however, as you are affected by the following explosion.
Well, Well, Well Find the underground stash.
Bridge Over the Gorin River - There is a well in this level right next to the building in which the special bundle of dynamites needed for blowing up the titular bridge is found. Squeeze yourself through the top of the said well and look for an opening halfway down. Get in there to find a hidden cache of supplies.
Soviet Intelligence Agent Complete campaign on any difficulty.
Bridge Over the Gorin River - This is the only achievement related to progression. Simply get to the end of your adventure on the difficulty level of your choice to unlock it.
This guide is up to date as of version 1.02d of Victors, and is considered 'complete'.

It's sad that The Victors had to be forcibly taken down because one of or some of the devs of Forgotten Hope 2 got arsehurt because some of the gun models from FH2 were being used in The Victors, what an absolute scum move in my book (I'm never playing FH2 after seeing that display of disgusting behaviour, it's like Nintendo taking down a fan game or ROM hosting website)...

Oh well, hopefully The Victors will come back one day and these achievements for it too.

Can someone help with the secrets of Saint Anton's Church levels, please?

In addition to what I said below, if switching to Default settings won't help, try changing the render in the options.

Not necesseraly. I will update the Victors branch on github just like etsp one and gothicstein. So if someone could compile the code he could provide himself with the latest build. Maybe unofficial fan build s like notvictors could benefit from it too.
