Murder of Crows Vigor from BioShock Infinite.

Ported from a set of models for XNALara, found here:

I've tweaked the textures and materials in order to replicate the glow seen in the original game as best as possible.

The cap and icon are also poseable and removable via bodygroup.

This is my first attempt at porting models for SFM, so if I've overlooked anything or you find any issues, let me know. I've released each of these separately on the Workshop, because I seem to be hitting a maximum size limit when trying to upload several at once.
