Also the walls use very uniform textures too C and they look very nice in game because of this.

Thats what I mean. On the left is your standard texture.. on the right I darkened it a lot, so it looks higher quality.

But have you tried a darker roof? I have darkened the roof texture of some of your mods and the building then looks way better. The problem with your roof texture is that it is very low resolution and when you darken it a lot (to a light black) you cant see that anymore and it looks overall better in my opionion :)
Stupid me. Played for ca. 500 hours, downloaded a lot of mods and placed a ton of buildings. But for whatever reason never placed a building with skins so I couldn't ever see the button.
