Description

Description
This mod adds a new building Suit Recharger that allows Duplicants to recharge all kinds of their Suits and Oxygen Masks without taking them off.
  • Requires research Improved Ventilation
  • Requires 200 kg of Refined Metal
  • Consumes 240 watts of Power*
  • Requires Gas Intake Pipe for Oxygen
  • Optional requires Liquid Intake Pipe for Petroleum
  • Optional requires Liquid and Gas Outtake Pipes for waste.

At the end of the charging process, the Suit will be cleaned of waste, if necessary.
You can connect or not connect additional pipes at your discretion.
  • If you have not connected the Petroleum pipe, then the Jet Suits will be filled only with Oxygen.
  • If you have not connected the pipe for gaseous waste, then this waste will be released into the atmosphere, just as it happens at the Suit Dock.
  • If you have not connected the pipe for liquid waste, then the Soiled Suit will not be cleaned, and the debuff will not be removed from the duplicant.

*When charging the batteries of the Lead Suit and Teleport Suit, more Power is consumed. (approximately 2 kW for the Lead Suit and 3.25 kW for the Teleport Suit)

You can turn on or off the Suits Repair.
*Suits Repair restores their Durability, but requires colossal Power (approximately 600 Watts for Oxygen Mask and 5 kW for other Suits) and conventional materials for repair (Reed Fiber for Atmo and Jet Suits, Glass for Lead Suits).
If you want to use the repair, make sure that the Recharger is connected to the network with enough Batteries. One Transformer may not be able to cope with such a load.

You can specify at what Durability of the Suit Duplicants are allowed to use one or another Suit Recharger.
If you set this value to zero or a very small value, the Suit may break during charging.

If you are playing on a difficulty level with indestructible suits, then this side screen will not be shown.

You can turn on or off the delivery of Oxygen and Petroleum manually in canisters.
During deconstruction, the Suit Recharger does not release oxygen into the atmosphere, leaving it in the canister.
This is useful if you want to deconstruct the Suit Recharger and build it in another place.

In Space Out! DLC Suit Recharger can be controlled and restricted by Rocket Control Station. This feature disabled by default, use the Controlled button to enable restrictions.

Possible use cases
  • Oxygen masks have a small supply of oxygen, and duplicants are often forced to return to the base for recharging. Just build a few Suit Rechargers outside the base near the sites of massive work.
  • If you play at the maximum difficulty level, then all types of Suits also have insufficient oxygen supply to work all day. Then see point 1.
  • In DLC, try to build a Suit Recharger inside the rocket.
  • If you have turned on the Suits Repair, or if you are playing at the difficulty level with indestructible suits, then you can completely abandon the Suit Docks and Checkpoints, and use only Suit Rechargers.

Configuration
You can сonfigure this mod via the Main menu -> Mods -> Suit Recharger -> Options
You can adjust the storage capacity of Oxygen and Petroleum.
