Shady Strands City Map with 1 square to start, has tram tracks, train & elevated metro tracks built.

Last 4 pictures show the intended placement of cargo terminals, train terminals, ship, metro stations & airport. (airport from Sunset Harbor DLC).

Use 81 tile mod to unlock tiles if you want all squares available to build on to begin with:

Updated map & verified Snowfall DLC is the only one required.

On the starting square, you can’t zone? There’s only 1 square available when you start the map, until you build your city up & can purchase more squares.
