Notes:

- Set shader quality to high to fix low quality water.

- cl_draw_only_deathnotices is set to 1 by default. Set it to 0 to reenable the hud.

- Sometimes bumpmines just won't activate, especially the faster you go [beginning at around 1400 hu/s]. This can be mitigated by tapping s [+back] or carefully letting go of jump in the air, depending on the circumstances.

- For multiplayer, the host must first set sv_cheats to 1, and the other player[s] must enter 'god' and 'exojump' in the console.
