Turrets Hate Prisoners

Description
Until 1.3, turrets would happily attack escaping prisoners. Something in 1.3 changed that. This mod makes it so that turrets will consider escaping prisoners, rebelling slaves, or "panic-fleeing" pawns as valid targets.

I spent much more time writing this than testing it, but it seems to work on escaping prisoners at least. Enjoy.

No... the other mod actually has that feature that I haven't had time to add to this one.

(Where was that mod when I was making this one?)

This combined with the railguns from VFE - Security is hilarious. Slave pokes his toe outside, sees the mountains in the distance, goes "I can make it!", takes half a step, and gets both legs, an arm, and a lung just flat deleted.

When this mod is installed putting prisoners in Bionic's Gene Extractor turns them to a neutral faction and then they become free. I have several mods installed so could be a conflict, but when I removed this mod the issue stopped.
