Wealth Alert

Description
Wealth Alert
A simple mod that sends letter alerts once your colony exceeds configurable wealth thresholds.

Warning: this mod is deprecated and will not support Rimworld versions >1.4.

How to use:

  1. Navigate to the Wealth Alert page of your mod settings.
  2. Add up to 18 thresholds onto the stack and configure them to your liking. (For reference, the default values are the thresholds of the scaling "expectations" mood modifier. Fresh Crashlanded colonies have about 15k wealth, while endgame colonies have 300k+ wealth depending on mods and other factors.)
  3. Close the window. The thresholds will be saved and applied automatically - you can even change them mid-game!

  • Wealth Alert should be safe to add and remove to an existing save.
  • Don't hesitate to leave a comment if you run into a bug or have a suggestion, but PLEASE include any relevant information from the debug log if you do so.

@MistressTessie (all wealth in your colony is being calculated, floors, walls, storage, even your colonists value on slave market)
If you get some laying items on the map its your own, killed raiders as a whole so you should cremate or sell what you dont want and dont let it on the ground.... (except the ruins)
..sooo Game uses these wealth stats to measure your economic power, if you can afford weapons, defences. each 15k$ is +1 raider on 100% difficulty scale in storyteller.

Colonists also know that colony is well off, get them better acommodation to sleep in, more recreation types, better food and so on.
Wealthy colonies need more mood management.

Losing excess wealth is good for you if you dont have 11 colonists with bionics,14+shooting, armed with excellent assault rifles in "killbox"

Can speak from experience just had few days ago mass mining (5,1k gold, 10k jade in storage.. *its up to 400k$ just these .. god i realised it just 2h ago then i got raid of over 40 people

this is a good idea, are there any default values in the mod upon installing it? I think it would be nice if it started with the mood expectations wealth thresholds as default, that way people can install it and it will be useful right out of the box for most uses(of course its no problem at all setting up your own values but its nice to have a default) thanks again for making this :)
