No Conflict Diamond Interchange

Description
This "No Conflict" Diamond Interchange does use the Network Extensions 2 mod. That is required, for some of the one-way roads I selected. I recommend doing a little traffic adjusting with a Traffic Manager. I used "TM:PE V11 STABLE (Traffic Manager: President Edition)" Biffa does a lot of Youtube videos, and he's how I learned to use TMPE. Credit to Yumble for the inspiration for me to create this asset.

Network Extensions 2 was used, and would be required. Will add to the required items section. I did have to do a little bit of late management with the traffic manager also, but then flow was terrific.

I've never shared before, I'll look at what roads I used. I'll double check if any mods are needed. To the two who said there was still conflict or 'same problem'? Are you saying there was conflict, or it didn't help with traffic level?

there is conflict due to weaving needed.
