I also removed disallowedMemes because some mod factions put memes there and I trust the devs had good reasons to do so.
If you use this mod to edit NPC faction ideology while starting a new game, the refugee ideology (ideology for the beggars and ancients etc.) disappear at the start screen, you cannot edit it. (Not sure if they are in the game later).
If you use this mod mid-save some random ideology that belongs to hidden faction popped up in my game.
Nevertheless this is a mod from a year ago and it does what it says. Removing the restriction enables more story telling. Good mod and I hope someone could pick it up.
