Hoshino Live2D 4K, 60fps

Reduced most duplicated frames of the original video, then upscaled&interpolate frames by Waifu2x-Extension-GUI (RealESRGAN, rife v3.1).
减少了原视频的大部分重复帧，然后通过Waifu2x-Extension-GUI (RealESRGAN, rife v3.1)进行上采样和插帧。

Tips: to reduce the usage of CPU and hard disk, please set the "video framework" to "Prefer DirectShow LAV", and set the "video loading" to "In-memory".
提示：为了减少CPU和硬盘的使用，请将“video framework”设置为“Prefer DirectShow LAV”，将“video loading”设置为“In-memory”。

I deleted all the files of workshops, and then re-subscribe it, and still it seems quite okay and it's working as usual in my device.

Bro, I'm not sure what the problem is, but there's a possible solution here:

1. Make sure you've fully downloaded the video file of this wallpaper, it's about 420MB in size.

2. Check if you can directly play this video in your device. If you failed to play it, you may need to install HEVC/H.265 codec pack for it. :)
