Transformers WFC: Optimus Prime Advisor

Features:
This mod adds Optimus Prime as a voice advisor to Stellaris.

Although many of the voice lines will match their respective notifications, there are a few that will repeat similar voice lines (i.e. mining/research stations, civilian ships, etc).

If you find any advisor notifications missing, let me know.

The iconic voice of Peter Cullen is a welcome addition to my mod collection. Lines are characterful and the sound quality it clean as a whistle. Excellent job, OP.
