Javelin throwers for Mammoth mounts

Adds 5 javelin throwing Marauders to the manned howdahs for Marauder Chieftains and Wulfrik the Wanderer. The lords themselves will remain seated in combat.

They have 200 ammo (counted in volleys) and range of 90, the same as standard War Mammoths.

Not compatible with mods that changes the land units and main units entries for Mammoth mounted Marauder Chieftains and Wulfrik the Wanderer ("wh_main_nor_cha_marauder_chieftan_3" and "wh_dlc08_nor_cha_wulfrik_3").
