You can re-enable the bottom bar by deleting all files stored in "Steam\steamapps\common\wallpaper_engine\ui\wpcache\monitor0\base\Local Storage\leveldb" and re-applying the wallpaper!

For some reason its only showing as Black to me, I even tried the bottom bar fix to see if that would help but no it didn't

It's wallpaper engine's fault. "You can re-enable the bottom bar by deleting all files stored in "Steam\steamapps\common\wallpaper_engine\ui\wpcache\monitor0\base\Local Storage\leveldb" and re-applying the wallpaper!" You just had to read the big blue letters at the bottom.

Same as the guys bellow, once I hide the bar I can't make it show again in any way, also unsubscribing and resubscribing doesn't seem to reset the settings :coolgorilla:
