Adds a bunker to the creative base and a nuke

Nuke guide. You can either keep it how it is and choose when you explode, just make impact with the ground, or make it explode automatically at a certain altitude. To ready the nuke press 2 in the handle if you have no keypad settings it will explode instantly. If you want to use the keypad put the altitude you want on the keypad and then press 2 in the handle.
To take off press 1. the bunker has a radio, weapons & a few tables and beds
