Ursa is a melee-agility-carry and has the potential to beat the crap out of the most tanky heros in the game. His ultimate goal is to kill roshan ASAP he the only difference between this and my other build, is that this is a little more updated (need to fix that) and has the combo of a vlads and a desolator instead of satanic and scotty (:3) but really this allows him to do a more DPS build at the cost of lifesteal. I recommend this when your team has 2 other melee carrys that will benifiet from having vlad
