Dont play ranked if you feel lonely or the need to rank up higher in cost of your mental health.

toxic players do exist, mute them, but remember not everyone is bad, theres always some friends to find <3

cant finish the battle pass in one day? dont stress you have tomorrow <3

bad aim? watch youtube and practice at least 10 min before you actually play, it may help more then you think

wanna learn a lot? watch nokopuffs his pog

Agree alot here. Unfortunately online games have a taxing effect on your mental health. This is an amazing "guide" or take on how to remove bad vibes and distress from your hobby.


It's hard because in alot of ways I love apex/csgo/overwatch but I feel angry/depressed/upset when I play said games due to a bad community of players, this underlined overly competitive vibe where fun is erased from the equation, or the constant feeling of being pressured into buying battle passes/cosmetics because more and more functionality is being taken away from the game (more like incentive to play the game)

I've found love for gaming again with coop gaming like dark souls, and lots of solo gaming like old need for speed, final fantasy etc.
