repacked it and my server loads up but it play normal music, i edited very carefuly and set my own key

Kuro> Hello, the songs are played BEFORE and during loading to the server meaning you can't change songs from your server config, what you have to do is to unpack the mod, and then rebuild it with your own songs inside and use your own mod
