Description
Originally posted by James May:
Ladies and gentlemen, welcome aboard the 14:53 express from just outside Leicester to near Loughborough. This train is about to depart.

The future is here. All specs where taken either from what is said in the show, or after some research. The colour of the cars and the TGV-12 trailer can be changed. Both ''trains'' also feature custom consists of up to 9 caravans/trailers (You can also use the cars without anything coupled, like a taxi).

Note: using 9 caravans/trailers will severely impact acceleration.

Caravan Train
  • Power: 27kW*
  • Weight: 5'570kg
  • Length: 30.47m
  • Capacity: 34 pax (up to 94)
  • Max. speed: 65kph/40mph (car: 250kph/155mph)
  • Price: $14'450
  • Maintenance: $30
  • Longest consist: 59.39m (2 First class, Buffet, 2 Second class, 4 Scum class)

TGV-12
  • Power: 18kW*
  • Weight: 2'280kg
  • Length: 11.35m
  • Capacity: 5 pax (up to 37)
  • Max. speed: 130kph/80mph (car: 230kph/144mph)
  • Price: $10'500
  • Maintenance: $25
  • Longest consist: 64.15m (9 trailers)

*Power was significantly reduced to better simulate the actual acceleration the cars had in the show, but it should still be high enough to pull 9 caravans/trailers.
Please don't ask me how long I spent searching caravans on google, I've suffered enough.

If you have any problems, questions or suggestions, feel free to ping me on the game's official Discord server.

If you really love my mods, you can support me on ko-fi <3[ko-fi.com]
I also take requests, both for free and paid :)

this is quite useful for a rail and road hybrid vehicle, would be also cool to see amphibious vehicles too
