For the weapons its the Ru556 and its extension mod and the latest MCX mod.
Armor wise, there is the ranger mod and its armor value fix on the nexus too. Those were the ones that came to mind currently.

You mean the graphical ones?

I have quite a few, i can check later if you'd like but the ones i know for sure are
-FlaconOils 2 to 4k texture pack
-Enchanced lights and fx
-4k black asphalt
-Grasslands - unhealthy

and some more texture mods and such. Also i use the Films workshop ENB.
