Its purpose was to serve as a simple map to act as a geographic hub/port to give context for multi map servers. Amunet's mod facilitates the travel, I recommend checking their work out. It is very good.

Is this still under development? I'm looking for something like this, I think. I'd like to be able to transition between maps (for ex. Exiled Lands to Isle of Siptah) without having to log out and log in re-selecting a new map, instead I'd transition while still in game somehow.

If that is what this is, I hope to see this completed soon!
