Enhanced Recruits: Origin Text

This mod makes it so characters have their "Notes" field automatically populated with origin text when they join your army. The origin text contains the place where they first joined the army, their original class, and a quote from the character.

By default, the notes field of a character is empty when after they join your army. This mod enhances the character recruitment process in the game by generating a description of the character's origin in the notes field instead.

This mod uses Core Mod to detect when a new character joins your army. Core Mod needs to be higher in your mod loader list than this mod.

Yup. Here is an example of a slime created from alchemy:

• This mod is compatible with existing campaigns that are in progress, but will only provide origin text for brand new recruits. In other words, anything you've entered into the notes field previously will remain untouched
  
• All origin text can be edited
  
• Quotes are derived from the character's speech pool (part of base game)
  
• Special recruits get additional text
