Propagator Pro

Description
Extension to S+ that allows the propagator to include tame levels in the breeding process.

Config variables (add to StructuresPlus section)
PickMaxLevel - Picks the max of male or female parent (defaults to False)
TameLevelsCost - Cost of adding the tame levels to the wild levels (default 10, -1 to disable)

as far as I can tell, there is no way to craft this.
