Fargo's Banner Boost

Description
Banner Boost is an RPG mod of sorts that powers you up against enemies as you defeat more of them.
Every 50 (by default) Kills lets you take reduced damage and deal more damage to them.
At the max level of 20, you are totally immune to them and always kill them in one hit.

NEW UPDATE 4.0
-Updated to tmod 1.4.4

NEW UPDATE 3.1
-Fixed the level limit not working

NEW UPDATE 3.0
-Fixed enemies not actually doing any less damage based on level
-Fixed no text popping up when reaching level 20
-Fixed max level not actually making the enemy deal no damage
-Changed one shotting to deal 99999 damage to make it obvious and guarantee to actually one shot
-Most basic zombies are now counted under the same level

-Updated to latest tmod 1.4

-Fixed critter level 0 bug
-Max level up can be set to 1
-Level up text now displays correctly in mp

This is permanently breaking town and hostile NPC spawns, hope it gets fixed soon.

for some reason every time I kill a single worm I get flooded with messages on the chat saying I reached level 1 against them

I would love a version of this that works up to the vanilla banner effect, so after 50 kills you get to level 0.1, or something of the sort, and work your way up to 100% of the vanilla banner effect

@JMStheKing not sure if this was possible when you made the comment, but you can set the maximum banner level to 1, which just means you have the banner effect once, meaning it should be the same as if you were affected by a vanilla banner.
