This is a hi-res texture replacer for Solitude. Built for a dark and gritty setting, I have been working on this mod a little at a time for the last month. I hope you understand and enjoy the look/feel I was aiming for. This is not compatible with other texture packs that change the same textures in Solitude. This mod could impact your performance depending on your computer's specifications, but lower resolution versions are available on the nexus, here - http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/53879/?

Parallax maps are included but they will have no effect if you do not have Project Parallax Remastered and a recent version of ENB. You can still use this mod just fine without Project Parallax Remastered and ENB.

I finally figured out why it didn't work!
You don't click continue
You click load game and it LOADS IT IN!
Man I'm a idiot.
Anyways WONDERFUL MOD!

Doing a pack for all cities and landscapes soon, closer to the original in design.

Wow, fantastic. I think this is the most beutiful city after doing this. I already have all the towns and villages enhanced mods. Even with all the added stuff from the T&VE mods, this still works reletively smoothly. If I had slightly higher specs, then I could probably run this no problem. However, even with the slight added lag, this is still worth it.
