A Gathering Storm update for Dig down Moutain, Fill up ocean by Windfly.

Unit stats alternated for more practical gameplay contribution.

New contents from tech and civic tree boost added for unique terraining units, Yugong, Jingwei, Tiankun.

Configuration and Gameplay Updates for 2025 Fall![\b]

What's New
  1. New Config option "Exclude Non-constructable Features" added, toggle it on to remove unconstructable features such as Oasis, Geothermal Fissure, Reef, Ice from feature random list.
  2. Config option "Available For AI" Fixed, toggle it off to prevent AI from accessing terraining Units.
  3. YuGong and JingWei are now labeled with Unit Class 'Worker'.
  4. New Gameplay Pantheon "Earth Reformer" added, specialized enhance for builder and terraining units.
  5. Saves your plot: Wonders demand adjacency to mountain or on hills could be built on mountain plots now.

Governors
Some governor titles grants additional benefits for terraining units.
  1. MERCHANT - CONTRACTOR:Allows city to purchase districts with Gold. -25% Purchase cost for Terraining Units.
  2. CARDINAL - DIVINE ARCHITECT: Allows city to purchase districts and terraining units with Faith.
  3. BUILDER - GUILDMASTER: All Builders and terraining units trained in this city will get +1 build charge.

作者大大,那个万神殿现在不生效啊,我也没开其他万神殿的mod就原版和部分dlc,其他的mod也就快速交易之类的和奇观mod,应该不会冲突的吧。
